I beg to move, in page 13, line 29, after "appellant." to insert: upon making a requisition in that behalf within the prescribed period and in the prescribed form and manner. It is necessary to provide in the rules how and within what period an appellant may appeal against the decision of a single judge, as provided in the clause. The Amendment gives power to make rules for this purpose.
