asked the Minister of Agriculture whether, under their terms of reference, the Working Party on Grain Drying and Storage are empowered to consider the provision of financial assistance towards the installation of additional drying and storage facilities.

The terms of reference of the Working Party are very wide, and will not debar them from considering and making recommendations about this matter.
