§ Mr. StracheyNo, Sir. As these are militiamen they are specifically excluded from call-up by the terms of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Training) Act, 1951. Some of them may have received warning notices issued before the Act became law but these should by now have been cancelled.
§ Mr. HarveyWhen the right hon. Gentleman says that they have been cancelled, does it mean that a specific notification has been sent to the people concerned?
