§ 25. Sir R. Aclandasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will make a statement on the number of steel ridging ploughs suitable for small mixed farms imported into Nigeria in each of the last four years for which 194 figures are available; and if he is satisfied that there is now no risk that shortage of such ploughs may be a limiting factor restricting the number of mixed farms which can be established.
