§ Mr. RussellDoes the Minister think it wise to consider terminating the use of the war promotion codes in view of the international situation? Does he realise that uncertainty about retaining them is causing a great deal of uneasiness among warrant officers and senior non-commissioned officers?
§ Mr. StracheyI do not think the Korean emergency is really relevant to this consideration at all.
