Proceedings on Government Business exempted, at this day's Sitting, from the provisions of Standing Order No. 1 (Sittings of the House).—[Mr. H. Morrison.]

Ordered: That if the National Service Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, further Proceeding on the Bill shall stand postponed; that any Resolution come to by the Committee on National Service [Money] may be reported and considered forthwith notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 84 (Money Committees); and that as soon as the Proceedings on Report of the Resolution have been concluded the House will immediately resolve itself into a Committee on the Bill.—[Mr. H.
