§ 45. Wing Commander Hulbertasked the Prime Minister if he has given further consideration to the granting of a medal, clasp or other award to men and women who served in Anti-Aircraft Command and Balloon Command from 1939 to 1945.
§ The Prime Minister (Mr. Attlee)These men and women could qualify for the Defence Medal and the War Medal, and it is not proposed to recommend the grant of any further general award.
