§ 65. Mr. Blackasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, when framing his Budget proposals for 1951–52, he will consider making a tax concession to businesses which operate co-partnership, or profit-sharing schemes, conforming to certain requirements to be laid down to encourage all businesses to operate such schemes, and to indicate the approbation of the Government for co-partnership and profit-sharing.
