§ 45. Sir H. Williamsasked the Prime Minister if he will arrange that when delegates are next appointed to the Council of Europe the action shall be taken not by announcement but by Motion, as in the case of a Select Committee.
§ The Prime Minister (Mr. Attlee)The Consultative Assembly will not meet again until August next year. There is, therefore, ample time to consider this question. When the next delegation is selected the suggestion of the hon. Member will be borne in mind.
