Pitmanasked the Lord President of the Council whether he is now in a position to give, from the facts obtained by the Building Research Centre, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, the analysis of the results of research as to the over-all percentage of efficiency of heat from the raw coal delivered to a house with a flue wholly within the house for coal, for gas and coke and electricity, all with modern appliances.
