§ Mr. SpeakerBefore I call the Amendment, I am afraid I must inform the House that there are about 50 Members who would like to speak today. Without Question time, we managed on the preceding four days, to have 15 backbench speeches a day. If we are to get through 12 back-bench speeches today hon. Members will have to be very short in their speeches. I think we shall be lucky to get through 12.
