Air-Commodore Harveyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if, during his forthcoming visit to Malaya, he will look into the question of awarding the General Service Medal to members 2048 of the Auxiliary Police Force in Malaya, with a view to reconsidering his decision on this matter bearing in mind that in several towns this force is a permanent body, the members of which assist the regular police.
