Resolution reported:
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session providing for the extinguishment of common and commonable rights and rights of way and other rights over, and the

enclosure of, part of Towyn Trewan Common in the County of Anglesey and the use by the public of a road known as the Burma Road and of a track adjoining the said Common, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of such sums as may be necessary to enable the Secretary of State for Air to meet such expenses as may be incurred in defraying:—
the compensation (together with interest thereon) in respect of the extinguishment of such rights; the costs charges and expenses incurred in or in connection with the determination of the persons entitled to such compensation and their respective rights and shares therein and of disputes as to the right or title of persons to such common or commonable or other rights; the expenses incurred in maintaining and repairing the said Burma Road or otherwise in connection therewith or in connection with the said track;
the costs charges and expenses incurred in repaying to the Conservators of the Common the costs charges and expenses incurred by them, in or in connection with the promotion of the Bill for the said Act; and any other expenses incurred under the said Act.
