§ Mr. TomlinsonNo, Sir. I understand that a first draft of the report has now been prepared and is being considered by the National Foundation for Educational Research. It is hoped that the report will be completed not later than the end of July.

§ Mr. TomlinsonI could not say whether widespread opportunities have been given to all and sundry, but I know that organisations interested in this subject have been contacted by the Foundation.
