Mr. T. WilliamsI am sending my hon. Friend a list showing the present membership of the Staffordshire Agricultural Executive Committee. In making 1391 appointments to the Committee I have selected persons who are conversant with the agriculture of the county or who have administrative experience, and whose knowledge, ability and standing in the county are recognised by the industry.
§ Mr. DaviesIs my right hon. Friend aware that among small farmers there is a feeling that they have little representation on this committee, and can he evolve a formula by means of which the small man will have a greater say on it?
