I beg to move, in page 6, line 14, to leave out "in England."

This Amendment and the two which follow it are drafting in character, and their purpose is to transfer all the Scottish matters to one part of the Bill.

Further Amendments made: In page 6, line 15, leave out from "mandamus," to end of line 17.

In line 22, at end, add: and (b) for the reference to enforcement on the application of the Minister by mandamus there shall be substituted a reference to enforcement by order of the Court of Session on an application by the Lord Advocate under section ninety-one of the Court of Session (Scotland) Act, 1868."—[Mr. Barnes.]
