Hallasked the Minister of Labour if he is aware of the delay in building the Remploy factory for severely disabled persons at the Team Valley Trading Estate; and, in view of the lack of suitable light employment for such men, if he will make a statement on the date when this project will be completed.
§ Mr. IsaacsI understand that Remploy Ltd. were not able to get possession of the premises until November last. Work of adaptation is proceeding satisfactorily, and it is hoped to have the factory ready very shortly.
