§ Mr. WebbI am afraid I am not in a position to say at the moment if I can arrange for supplies of fresh cream. Naturally, if our milk supplies permit, I shall want to do so, although this year it could only be for a short time, and supplies would be scarce and expensive. However, I fear it will be 26 some weeks before I can accurately estimate whether or not some release of fresh cream will be possible.
