§ Mr. T. FraserI understand that Ayr County Council have designed a sewerage scheme to drain Bellsbank housing scheme at Dalmellington, but that their right to lay the necessary sewer on the line proposed has been the subject of several Court actions and that the matter is still sub judice.
§ Mr. HughesIs the Minister aware that this delaying action in preventing this housing scheme is caused by a Tory landlord? Will he use any powers he has to expedite the scheme?
§ Mr. FraserThe scheme has been under consideration for a long time, for something like two or two and a half years, but we are hopeful that a solution will soon be found.
