§ Addressing Mr. SPEAKER, The GENTLEMAN USHER said: His Majesty the King commands the presence of this Honourable House, in the House of Peers, to hear the Speech from the Throne.
§ The House went, and having returned,
§ The Sitting was suspended until Four o'Clock, when Mr. SPEAKER, pursuant to the Resolution of the House [3rd March], resumed the Chair and forthwith adjourned the House, without Question put, to the Chamber appointed for the use of the Commons.
