Resolved: That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to authorise the Dover Harbour Board to construct new works and for other purposes, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of such sums as may be necessary to enable the Admiralty and the Minister of Transport to reimburse to the Dover Harbour Board all or part of the expenses reasonably incurred by the said Board in the exercise by the said Board of powers in relation to certain vessels sunk, stranded or abandoned in Dover Harbour."—[The Deputy Chairman of Ways and Means.]
