§ Mr. H. NichollsOn a point of order. I understand it was the intention that the new Clause standing in the name of the hon. Member for Caithness and Sutherland (Sir D. Robertson) relating to the duty on cinema entertainments should have been discussed with that in the name of the hon. Member for Cheadle (Mr. Shepherd). I understand why the Clause of the hon. Member for Cheadle has been withdrawn, but it appears that the Clause in the name of the hon. Member for Caithness and Sutherland raises certain problems relating to exhibitors, and particularly to small exhibitors, which perhaps did not arise on the Clause that has been withdrawn.
