§ Viscount HinchingbrookeWill the right hon. Gentleman at least say that he adheres to the view expressed some time ago by a Government spokesman in another place, that when the first distribution takes place, it will be at the rate of 2s. 6d. in the pound?
Mr. WilsonI should like to see the report from the advisory committee before I say anything further about distribution. There is, of course, no change in Government policy about the rate of distribution.
