§ 32. Mr. Crouchasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation what is the purpose in continually changing the frequencies on which very high frequency sets operate at M.C.A. aerodromes.
§ Mr. BeswickThese frequencies have not been and will not be continually changed; but, as a result of internationl agreement, we have recently secured 19 V.H.F. channels to supersede our original four. This will relieve congestion and increase safety. When reorganisation is complete there should be no appreciable change for at least three years.
Mr. GrimstonWhen the Minister said that they have not been changed, is he aware that a frequency was changed only a month ago?
