asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation what consultations he has had with the Secretary of State for Air, with a view to enabling civilian pilots in commercial aviation to count their civilian flying time towards their reserve flying time.

Arrangements have already been made by the Air Ministry to enable civilian pilots to count their civilian flying time towards their reserve flying time.
