§ 62. Mr. McAddenasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies for what reason the Vine Products Co-operative Marketing Union, commonly known as S.O.D.A.P., in Cyprus is in process of liquidation; and whether the Government of Cyprus has considered the question of temporary aid.
§ Mr. CookThis organisation is not in process of liquidation. The Cyprus Government has for some time been considering measures to assist S.O.D.A.P. to avoid liquidation, and expects to be able to make an offer of such assistance soon.
