Noel-BakerThe acceptance of new tasks, or the reassessment of tasks, in the coal industry are matters which fall to be dealt with by the conciliation machinery set up under the requirements of the Act of 1946. The Question which the hon. and learned Baronet has put to me does not, therefore, arise.
