GriffithsThe Government of Bermuda has at present no special plans for the absorption of Bermudians employed at His Majesty's Dockyard into other forms of employment when the dockyard closes. The Bermuda Government Labour Board keep the situation under constant review, and foresee no difficulty in absorbing this labour into other local employment.

§ Mr. GriffithsA delegation has been in this country to discuss the closing of the dockyard, and a statement was issued after the discussion we had with them.
