§ Mr. StoreyIs my right hon. Friend aware that these residential areas serve the highly concentrated industrial area of Trafford Park, and that telephone facilities are essential to many business men resident there? As the head of a great State monopoly cannot he give better service?
§ Mr. Ness EdwardsFive hundred telephones were installed there last year, and I hope the rate will be increased.
