§ 58. Mr. Keeling
asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has received the report of the Gowers Committee on buildings of outstanding historic or architectural interest; and when it will be published.

My right hon. and learned Friend has received this report, and will make a statement about publication in due course.

§ Mr. Keeling
Can the hon. Gentleman say whether it is intended to postpone publication of the report until the Government's views can be announced?
