§ Mr. TomlinsonThe conditions under which teachers may qualify for pension are laid down in the Teachers' Superannuation Acts and could be altered only by further legislation. If the hon. and gallant Member will inform me of the name of the teacher in question, I will have her case examined and will write to him.
