§ The Joint Under-Secretary of State for Scotland (Mr. J. J. Robertson)I beg to move, in page 49, line 43, to leave out "the prescribed officer," and to insert:
such officer as may be prescribed by the Court of Session by Act of Sederunt.1729 This is little more than a drafting Amendment. Its purpose is to bring the Bill into conformity with the existing law in Scotland.
