I beg to move, in page 26, line 42, to leave out "interest and sinking fund charges," and to insert: "principal and interest."

This is merely a drafting Amendment relating to county council's contributions. Where the county make a capital contribution the sum reckoned as going towards their limited liability is to be the notional loan charges on that sum and the Amendment is a more accurate description of the loan charges.
