I beg to move, in page 35, line 37, at the end, to insert: (b) in relation to an order or agreement varying the constitution of such a board or committee, the board or committee, the constituent or appointing authorities, and any authority which on the variation taking effect will be one of the constituent or appointing authorities. This is an Amendment to repair a drafting omission. The Clause, which deals with the transfer and compensation of officers, already covers the case where a board or committee is set up or dissolved but not the case where the constitution of a board or committee is varied. This omission is now made good.
