Resolved: That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the collection and realisation of German enemy property and for the distribution of the proceeds thereof, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Board of Trade under the said Act, and
  2. (b) the payment into the Exchequer of any fees recovered under the said Act, and of any sums paid by an administrator appointed under the said Act to any person acting on behalf of His Majesty's Government."—[Mr. Glenvil Hall.]
