§ Mr. Wilfred PalingThe B.B.C. does not require my approval for its building plans. As regards the recent capital investment cuts, the Corporation does not propose to make any changes in the programme of television extension already announced. It is too early to say on which other parts of the B.B.C.'s capital programme savings may have to be made.
