§ Mr. GaitskellRegional petroleum officers have authority to replace lost supplementary petrol coupons where they are satisfied this is justified. Cases of lost standard ration books are dealt with at headquarters. The coupons would be replaced if it was clear that their loss was due to fraud by a third party.
