Friend to the answer given to the hon. and gallant Member for Glasgow, Central (Colonel Hutchison) on 31st October.
§ Mr. SymondsIn any economies which my right hon. Friend is contemplating, will he make quite sure that this particular service, at any rate, is not affected, because economies in this direction would only ultimately have the effect of severely handicapping the export trade?
