Resolved:
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to increase the amounts payable in any financial year out of moneys provided by Parliament for the purposes of schemes under section one of the Colonial Development and Welfare Act, 1940, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys so provided of any increase attributable to the said Act of the present Session in the amounts so payable."—[Mr. Creech Jones.]
