§ Mr. ShinwellThe matter has been under consideration recently, but it is not considered practicable to hold large-scale tattoos during this year or next. Local tattoos will, however, be held, 1649 where the general officer commanding-in-chief is satisfied that desirable objects can be achieved without undue interference with training.
