§ Mr. SpeakerI have a short statement to make before we get on to the Business of the day. It has been brought to my notice that certain persons are representing themselves as Parliamentary agents without possessing the necessary qualifications. A set of rules on the subject was approved and issued by the Speaker in 1938 under the authority of the House, and therefore any person contravening these rules is liable to be dealt with by the House for a contempt.
