Where on an application for a special hours certificate the licensing justices or the magistrate are or is satisfied that the premises or part of premises to which the application relates are used, or intended to be used, as mentioned in paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section twenty of this Act, or paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of the last foregoing section, as the case may be, during part only of the year, the justices or magistrate may grant a certificate limited so as to be in force only during that part of the year.—[Mr. Ede.]
