Mr. Swinglerasked the Minister of Health if his attention has been drawn to statements by the West Bromwich 1204 Medical Officer for Health at an inquest on 2nd May into the death of a baby who dislocated his neck by squeezing through the bars of a cot in hospital; what representations he has received about this type of cot; and what action he proposes to take.
