Mr. Baker Whiteasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that Regular Army reservists, on applying to join the Territorial Army, are required to sign a form relinquishing their right to draw their reserve pay; and if he will take steps to remove this condition as having a deterrent effect on recruiting the type of man particularly required for the Territorial Army.
