§ Mr. DribergCan my right hon. and learned Friend say whether that very welcome announcement indicates a change of policy on the part of his Department and the other Service Departments as well?
§ Mr. HendersonNo, Sir. I am not able to speak for other Departments, and, so far as my own Department is concerned, I do not think there has ever been 2088 any question of racial discrimination in its policy.
§ Mr. DribergWith all respect, is my right hon. and learned Friend aware that that is not the case? I can submit evidence of it; but I am very glad that he has made this new announcement.
