§ Mr. SpeakerBefore we begin perhaps I might say that there will be a Royal Commission which will take up part of the time. It would be unfair to take all of that time out of the period allotted to the first subject down for Debate. There are six subjects today. Assuming that the Royal Commission lasts 12 minutes, instead of taking 12 minutes from the first subject, I suggest that it would be better to take two minutes from each subject. That will not interfere with the Debates very much, and it will achieve the same result.
