Mr. Creech JonesNo decision has yet been reached on a proposal that the Makusi should move to a new area, nor will they be invited to move unless in their own interests.
§ Mr. SkinnardWill my right hon. Friend look into the suggestion that some form of sanction might be imposed if they refuse to move, particularly some form of compulsory registration involving the carrying of a certificate?
