§ 54. Mr. Skeffington-Lodgeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs the nature of the protest he has made to General Franco about the arrest by a Spanish gunboat of four British subjects from the yacht "Whispering, Wind"; and what reply has been received.
Mr. McNeilThe crew of the yacht "Whispering Wind" included three British subjects. So far as I am aware none of them was arrested, and no protest on this point has therefore been made to the Spanish Government.
