Lords Amendment: In page 13, line 36, after "heard," insert: and has, in accordance with the rules regulating the procedure of the tribunal, procured himself to be made a party to the reference.

This Amendment corresponds to the similar Amendment in Clause 11, page 12, line 21. The same conditions of costs are applicable to intervenors under the present Clause as in Clause 11.
