Mr. Piratinasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish an up-to-date list of all articles that have been declared by the United States of America to be surplus commodities for the purposes of the European Recovery Programme and which, in consequence, this country is unable to buy outside the United States of America with European Recovery Programme dollars.
